Thea Loughery and Sarah Compton have received the call to go to Israel to teach and pray with people for healing of the inner man. The need is great. So many carry wounds from the past that inhibit and in some cases altogether prevent the calling on their lives; in all, unhealed wounds greatly damage their ability to enjoy the abundant life our loving Lord has promised.

For many years, Thea and Sarah were Elijah House staff prayer ministers and teachers, where they were trained by my staff. I wholeheartedly endorse their ministry and their hopes for Israel. With my blessing and that of Elijah House, Thea and Sarah founded Transformed Hearts Ministries, Inc. and travel to many churches and places to teach and heal. Their ministry is one of compassion and sensitivity. Integrity describes their lives. Whoever is led to invite them to come and minister will thank God they came, and will want them to come again. I trust them to represent well our Lord and the ministry of Elijah House to hurting hearts.

We have known Thea and Sarah for almost two decades now. My history and relationship with Sarah Compton is 45 years in the making. We have experienced some of our richest times in life as well as some of our deepest heartaches together. Sarah introduced me to Thea 13 years ago. She was my first West Coast friend! Thea has a thirst for knowledge and history, in order to tell His story. They are both such a gift to me and to the body of Christ.

I asked the Lord how He sees or endorses Transformed Hearts. He showed me a plumb bob and string. A plumb line is explained to be the precursor instrument to the modern day instrument called the Spirit line. The spirit line is a tool used to indicate how parallel (level) or perpendicular (plumb) a surface is relative to the earth. In other words, it measures balance - is it straight? Thea and Sarah are able to discern from the Spirit the balance of a situation, or person, and present His Standard in the matter.

The Lord also has shown me that they are like Ruth (meaning friend) and like Esther (meaning star). They are deserving of praise. They have come to be in Israel a shining name (partially taken from Fiddler on the roof).

They love and honor Jesus Christ and they love and honor His people (Israelis and Christians). He has set His approval on them and I feel honored to call them friends. They have true hearts and can handle yours with purity in Christ, as I know they have mine.
